Strategic Alignment

Before 2021,  Dutch Bros internally managed all printing and store resupply. With plans to go public around the corner, they needed a more scalable solution.

Dutch Bros asked Premier Press to  manufacture and supply all in-store materials – from syrup labels to uniforms, and everything in between – for all locations nationwide.

Constant Two-way Syncing

Order and inventory information flows from frontend to Premier’s existing WMS/OMS and back again on a constant basis – virtually eliminating the possibility of out-of-date information or unintended backorders..

Custom Ordering without Intervention

From store-specific window vinyls to custom business cards, this system is fully automatic. Custom items go through proofing software – straight from user to warehouse – ready to go, with no intermediary steps.

Streamlined Operations

Handles tens of thousands of orders seamlessly, with zero human intervention. Data flows straight from the user to warehouse picklists – dramatically increasing order volume without changing or adding a single step to existing operations.

Asynchronous Order System

What if the WMS/OMS goes down? We stay online. User experience is untouched, we continue syncing orders during downtime and instantly update inventory counts bidirectionally when systems come back online.

Parallel Stock Management

Inventory counts are tracked in parallel with the WMS/OMS while syncing every minute –  virtually eliminating unintended backorders.

In less than two years time, Premier Press has dramatically grown in size – soaring from 40 full-time employees in 2020 to over 200 and counting today.
With Premier’s support, Dutch Bros has nearly doubled since 2021 – now surpassing 700 locations across 14 states – with all  team members able to independently order supplies in a snap.

Paid for Itself

In just two years time, Premier Press quintupled revenue and was able to facilitate Dutch Bros’ rapid expansion – adding 20,000 users to the site and keeping every new location stocked and ready for business.
